Congratulations to Mr. Michael Lam! He has been selected as one of the awardees of the Hong Kong Scholarship for Excellence Scheme 2018/19 which supports his overseas postgraduate study.
The Scheme, launched by the HKSAR Education Bureau, aims to support local students to pursue studies in world-renowned universities outside Hong Kong.
