2009-2010 Fulbright Scholarship for Dissertation Research

Mr Kevin C Chan our graduate and a year-3 PhD student of the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, who is under the supervision of Prof. Ed Wu, has been awarded the 2009-2010 Fulbright Scholarship for Dissertation Research. The award was officially announced in a reception hosted by the US Consultate General, Mr. Joseph Donovan, on May 12, 2009. Kevin will spend 10-month in the States for his PhD dissertation research in the area of biomedical imaging/MRI and visits the University of Pittsburg, the Columbia University and Harvard University.
